Change is challenging. What we have found with applying Design Thinking to leading change is that it facilitates the team through many obstacles and barriers with ease.

We use Design Thinking with a 5 step approach where Empathy is first, followed by Define, Ideate, and Prototype. And the final step is Test or Launch. Each step has an impact on the project in its own unique way.
